We were appointed on this project as the Main Contractor, overseeing all aspects of construction including design.
This project included the full gutting and renovation of this 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house, the opening up of the north elevation by demolishing brickwork and adding of I-beams to create a large opening with extra height aluminium sliding doors. Building of a new swimming pool with decking surround and entertainment area with sunken boma.
Demolishing of non load bearing internal walls and adding new flush plastered ceilings where needed. Large format tiling, beach entry shower floors with floor tiles professionally cut into strips. All new high end finishes.
