We were appointed on this project as the Main Contractor, overseeing all aspects of construction.

This project included an extension to the main bedroom with a new en suite bathroom including a new roof over this entire area. It also included covering the patio with a new in situ, waterproofed, concrete roof slab with cut out for skylight, a new braai with chimney and stone cladding, a new folding stacking aluminium sliding door and new timber cavity sliding door.

New flush plastered ceilings with shadowline cornices and perimeter bulkheads including concealed lighting and strip lighting. Upmarket tiling, beach entry shower floors with floor tiles professionally cut into strips. All new high end finishes.
