We were appointed on this project as the Main Contractor, overseeing all aspects of construction.
This project included the full gutting and renovation of this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, the opening up of the north elevation, the removal of columns and brickwork and adding of I-beams to create large openings with frameless folding stacking doors.
New flush plastered ceilings with shadowline cornices and designer bulkheads including concealed lighting and strip lighting in bulkheads throughout the house. Large format tiling with extra large tile slabs on main bathroom walls, specially cut and mitred for recesses, etc. Beach entry shower floors with floor tiles professionally cut into 50mm strips. All new luxurious high end finishes.
