We were appointed on this project as the Main Contractor, overseeing all aspects of construction.
This project included the full gutting and renovation of this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house with study, removal of living area roof, demolition of main support chimney, complete new roof over the living area, the opening up of the north elevation, adding of 8m I-beam to create a large opening with extra height aluminium sliding doors.
New bathroom and passage added on with rib and block slabs. New flush plastered ceilings with shadowline cornices and perimeter bulkheads including concealed lighting. Large format tiling, beach entry shower floors with floor tiles professionally cut into strips. All new high end finishes.
