We were appointed on this project as the Main Contractor, overseeing all aspects of construction including design.
This project included the construction of a new 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom double storey house with study from scratch on an open stand. We were appointed on a design and build basis using our own architect and engineer.
The house was constructed with reinforced concrete strip footings, rib and block concrete suspended slab and Mitek designed roof trusses. All walls, soffits and ceilings were rhinolited with shadowline cornices installed with the ceilings on the first floor. Self levelling screed with vinyl flooring was installed in the bedrooms. Large format tiling, beach entry shower floors with floor tiles professionally cut into strips. All new high end finishes.
