We were appointed as the Main Contractor for this project, responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction.
This project included the full gutting and renovation of this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house, the opening up of the north elevation, the removal of centre fireplace and chimney, columns, brickwork and adding of large I-beam to create an opening for new aluminium folding stacking doors. New roof over living area. Replace all timber windows and doors with aluminium.
New flush plastered ceilings with shadowline cornices throughout and designer bulkheads including concealed lighting in bulkheads. Large format tiling, specially cut and mitred for recesses, etc. Beach entry shower floors with floor tiles professionally cut into 50mm strips. All new luxurious high end finishes.
