Construction Renovation

We were appointed as the Main Contractor for this project, responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction.

The scope included a complete gut and renovation of this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home. Major structural work involved opening up the north and west elevations by removing brickwork and installing I-beams to create expansive openings, fitted with elegant frameless folding stacking doors.

New flush plastered ceilings with refined shadowline cornices were suspended from the ground floor slab, and all first-floor ceilings were replaced with the same. Existing floor screeds were removed and redone throughout and tiled with large-format tiling, laid in a sophisticated railway pattern.

Bathrooms were finished with extra-large wall tiles, meticulously cut and mitred to form clean recesses. The showers feature beach-entry floors, with floor tiles professionally cut into precise 50mm strips for a seamless look. All finishes throughout the home were specified to a high-end, luxurious standard.
